Role Expectations

  • Ensure daily office readiness on a daily basis that includes maintaining the kitchen and maintaining stock.

  • Collect monthly building bills (electricity, water, maintenance) and coordinate payment handover, servicing and maintenance needed in the office, like AC, wifi etc.

  • Manage merchandise orders (employee kits, gifts) and coordinate with vendors

  • Manage supply and collection of stamp paper, printables and stationery, handle scanning, printing and photocopying needs etc.

  • Maintain organised physical and digital filing systems

  • Maintain and update vendor contact list

  • Coordinate and book travel (flights, trains, taxis, hotels) as per team requirements

  • Arrange courier services and track all outgoing/incoming shipments

  • Make online or retail purchases (Amazon/others), track deliveries and check product quality and quantity

Founders' Office, Associate

Getting Work Done! Your sole responsibility is to ensure that work gets done. The Founders Office remains largely unstructured and open in terms of scope of work. Whatever is urgent and important comes to the Founders Office along with big-picture and long-term strategic planning. 


Role Expectations

*As a Founders Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and strategic support for the day-to-day needs of the Leadership Team. The ratio of administrative and strategic tasks would vary for each individual in the team based on their skill set. You will:

  • Support the Founders Office in strategic planning and partnerships

  • Assisting the Founders Office in scaling plans and building new partnerships along with program management across states

  • Tracking the progress of any new initiatives and present programs

  • Supporting the Founders Office in donor communications by preparing relevant resources and materials, presentations etc.

  • Researching on the current trends/business models, programs, etc. as needed. Preparing and analysing required data and reports

  • Helping prepare for meetings and accurately documenting processes and minutes

  • Preparing drafts of grant proposals and applications

  • Coordinate with all department heads for the tasks given by the Founders Office and for the work reports

  • Take charge of all the periodic communications from the Founders office

  • Coordinating and managing logistics for high stakes visits, org-wide programs etc.

  • Managing Founders Offices priorities and time through effective calendaring, time analysis and constant progress updates

  • Managing agenda, scheduling and coordination and travel plans for events, meetings and conversations for the Founders and Founders Office

  • Owning the detailed, timely follow-up for all the Founders office engagements, including pulling learnings, trends and patterns

  • Assisting in putting together large amounts of data for decision making.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the founders, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and event-specific logistics, ensuring every detail is handled for smooth, efficient travel experiences.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience required in any industry (added advantage for experience in a startup/NGO environment).

Role Expectations

  • Manage communications with existing and prospective donors including emails, proposals, reports, and engagement materials.
  • Support the end-to-end grant application process, including timelines, coordination, and submissions.
  • Curate materials for donor presentations, and events, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and quality.
  • Conduct research on donor landscapes, sector trends, and program models to inform fundraising strategy.

Gujarat Operations, Lead

Lead program in Gujarat by building government partnerships, leading the state team, facilitating trainings, and supporting implementation and documentation.


Role Expectations

  • Develop strong working relationships with various government officials in Gujarat government schools and education departments. Liaison and coordination with the concerned government officials regularly.

  • Maintain and build new relationships and strengthen existing relationships with government officials in Gujarat.

  • Develop a strong working relation with mentor teachers and wellbeing program coordinators of as many schools as possible.

  • Work closely with the state team to support the completion of any tasks related to the effective state-wide implementation of the program as needed.

  • Support in the data collection and documentation of the on-ground impact.

  • Work on documentation of reports, research, and other professional outputs according to the organizational guidelines and government requirement.

Experience

  • 4-7 years of on-ground experience with children/youth and government officials in teacher training and program implementation is required.

  • Prior experience in education, teacher training and mental health as well as government relations, curriculum and setting up state-level teams to create maximum impact.
