Role Expectations

Website Management

  • Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of Labhya Website, including vendor management, routine updates, and documentation of maintenance processes.
  • Execute website content updates and basic structural optimization to improve clarity, accessibility, and user engagement.
  • Conduct regular and consistent website audits to identify low-engagement pages, content gaps, and usability issues.

Data Analytics

  • Track and analyze monthly and quarterly performance data across the Labhya website and social media platforms.
  • Prepare structured monthly and quarterly analytics reports for internal review and discussion, and communication strategies and workshops
  • Maintain analytics dashboards and trackers using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and spreadsheets.
  • Implement baseline SEO best practices across website content, including meta tags, internal linking, page structure, and basic keyword placement.
  • Conduct fundamental SEO checks to ensure searchability and indexing health (advanced SEO strategy is not required).

Strategy

  • Support communications and brand audits, including reviews of messaging consistency, Labhya's USP, tone, content mix, and alignment across platforms.
  • Develop and execute innovative communication and social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assist in identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in Labhya's communications.
  • Support the development of communications strategy decks by compiling research and structuring slides.
  • Collaborate with content, design, audiovisual, and other teams to ensure timely execution of tasks, updates, audits, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, trackers, and outputs to ensure continuity and consistency.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, analytics, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of full-time professional experience in communications, digital analytics, website management, or related roles.

Characteristics

  • Hands-on experience working with websites and content management systems (CMS) for routine updates and optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console for tracking and performance analysis.

Associate, Audio Visuals

Create compelling multimedia content that brings Labhya's work and impact to life. The role focuses on translating programs and field realities into engaging audio-visual stories, combining creativity with strong execution.

Role Expectations

  • Translate Labhya's program and information material into creative and high quality multimedia content, for example, videos, photo stories, short films, and documentaries for various projects.
  • Delivering high quality videos with good sense of creativity, musicality, pacing, transitions and clean color grading
  • Develop an overall audio-visual brand messaging strategy for our organization.

  • Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video production - during pre production, production and post production.
  • Capture high quality storytelling photographs that resonates with Labhya's mission.

  • The role also includes regular travels to different states across India

Educational Qualification

Gujarat Operations, Lead

Lead program in Gujarat by building government partnerships, leading the state team, facilitating trainings, and supporting implementation and documentation.

Role Expectations

  • Develop strong working relationships with various government officials in Gujarat government schools and education departments. Liaison and coordination with the concerned government officials regularly.
  • Maintain and build new relationships and strengthen existing relationships with government officials in Gujarat.
  • Develop a strong working relation with mentor teachers and wellbeing program coordinators of as many schools as possible.
  • Work closely with the state team to support the completion of any tasks related to the effective state-wide implementation of the program as needed.

Operations, Associate

Agartala, Tripura. Fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali

Supports the on-ground implementation of Labhya's Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) program in partnership with the state government. Ensures strong district-level coordination, high-quality facilitation, effective stakeholder engagement, and consistent documentation of on-ground impact across assigned districts and schools.

Role Expectations

  • Maintain and build new relationships while strengthening existing relationships with district and block-level government officials in the assigned districts of Tripura.
  • Develop strong working relationships with district coordinators, heads of schools, mentor teachers, teacher coordinators, and teachers in selected Schools of Change.
  • Act as the primary point of contact of the organization at the district, block, and school level in the assigned districts and schools.
  • Act as an anchor between district government officials and Labhya's Curriculum and Training team, ensuring regular liaison and coordination with concerned officials.

Experiment Planning & Operationalization

  • Work with program and A/B testing teams to translate learning questions and hypotheses into practical implementation plans.
  • Support the planning of A/B or multi-arm pilots by outlining timelines, operational requirements, and feasibility considerations across program components.
  • Help prioritise experiment ideas based on program needs, readiness of field teams, and implementation feasibility.
  • Provide feedback on designed experiments such that they are practical to execute in school and field contexts.

Field Team Management & Training
