Role Expectations

  • Translate Labhya's program and information material into creative and high quality multimedia content, for example, videos, photo stories, short films, and documentaries for various projects.

  • Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video production - during pre production, production and post production.

Educational Qualification

Gujarat Operations, Lead

Lead program in Gujarat by building government partnerships, leading the state team, facilitating trainings, and supporting implementation and documentation.

Role Expectations

Operations, Associate

Supports the on-ground implementation of Labhya's Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) program in partnership with the state government. Ensures strong district-level coordination, high-quality facilitation, effective stakeholder engagement, and consistent documentation of on-ground impact across assigned districts and schools.

  • Work with program and A/B testing teams to translate learning questions and hypotheses into practical implementation plans.

Uttarakhand Operations, Associate
