Our Approch

Labhya partners with Governments, Multilateral organisations & Non-profits to co-create scalable Social and Emotional Learning programs across Public Education Systems

SEL Curriculum

We support our partners to create an age-appropriate & inclusive curriculum in the form of Mindfulness lessons, Stories, Activities & Expressions. All components of the program are culturally sensitive and socio-economically contextual to the children’s realities.

Capacity Building

We select Master Trainers (MTs) from within the partner ecosystem and build their capacity as experts on SEL. These MTs are selected on the basis of their experience, inclination towards SEL & perspective towards education. Our MTs go on to build the capacity of other stakeholders in a Training of Trainers model

Monitoring & Evaluation

We support our partners in setting up sustainable structures for regular monitoring of the program and evaluation of Social Emotional Learning competencies.

Governance

We mobilise our partner’s resources and leverage existing infrastructure to establish and ensure effective implementation of SEL programs, at scale. Our programs are backed by public policy and large scale provision of budget by state governments and large nonprofits.
